Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order (1-3 business days for custom embroidery). Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way as soon as your ships!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using your shipping provider and delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee option will be available at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout.  

For simple flat rate shipping:  We offer flat rate  shipping to the US and Canada and free shipping is available in the US. Free shipping thresholds we offer are displayed in cart or checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We offer FPO and international shipping to many countries. If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FPO and International delivery timelines can vary greatly depending on the destination but are typically 7-21 business days. See also our informative blog post:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Fleet Sheets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@fleetsheets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory  solution.
